LOOP LIFEDATA SUITE

Licensing and Purchases

Two ways to buy. Nothing hidden in either.

Buy one program once and keep it, or take the whole Data Suite by the month. This page says what each one gives you, what a seat is, how the trial works and what happens when you stop paying. The prices here are the prices on the store; there is no other tier.

$39.99, one payment

One program, once

NeoSQL, Data Migration, Data Generator or Brain Wave ETL on its own. One license is one seat: one person, on the computers they sign in on. Nothing renews and nothing expires. Another person is another license.

$19.99 a month

The Data Suite, monthly

All four programs, and Command Center with them. Seats are not counted on the subscription, so a team signs in with the same account. Cancel whenever you like: the subscription runs to the end of the month you paid for and then stops.

Command Center is not sold on its own. It comes with the Data Suite and is where a team's accounts, permissions and shared connections are kept.

The details

How many computers?

An account can be signed in on three computers at once. Retire one on your account page to make room for a fourth. A reinstall on the same computer does not use a second slot.

Does the program need to be online?

Not to work. Each program checks in with the license server when it can and needs to succeed once a month. A computer that stays offline longer than that is asked to connect or sign in again; the license itself is not lost.

What does the trial include?

Every program, for 14 days, with no card. It needs a confirmed email address, and it is one trial per account and per computer. When it ends the programs ask you to buy; your settings and connections stay where they are.

What happens when I cancel the subscription?

It ends at the close of the period you paid for, with three days of grace, and is not charged again. A program bought outright is not affected by a subscription starting or ending.

Where are my receipts and license keys?

The store emails a receipt for every purchase. Your account page lists every license, which computers use it, and the downloads for each program.

Can I move a license to someone else?

A one-program license belongs to the account that bought it. Retire the computers it is used on, then write to us with the email on the account and the person taking it over.

Refunds

The refund policy is short and on its own page. If a purchase went wrong, write to us first; most problems are an activation or an email that did not arrive.

The binding words are in the license agreement and the refund policy. This page is the plain-language version of both.

Something about your license is not right?

A computer that will not activate, a receipt that did not arrive, a purchase that stopped halfway. Write with the email on the account and we sort it out. You can also email support@triforceinteractive.com.
