ServiceNow holds operational records. Brain Wave ETL can pull or push those records as part of a pipeline alongside the databases the canvas already connects to.
It is one of the named SaaS connectors. It is not a promise of every ServiceNow table, and it is not a separate product from Brain Wave ETL.
