Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Triforce Interactive (“Triforce Interactive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of www.looplifedata.com, related account and checkout pages, and the Windows desktop software known as Loop Life Data Generator (“Loop Life” or the “Software”).

By creating an account, completing a purchase, downloading or installing Loop Life, or clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the Software.

1. Who we are

Triforce Interactive publishes Loop Life and operates the storefront at https://www.looplifedata.com. Account, license, and support records are processed through the Triforce workspace at https://workspace.triforceinteractive.com. Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates (“Stripe”). We do not store full card numbers, CVC codes, or card expiry dates.

2. The products covered

These Terms cover:

Loop Life is a buy-to-own Windows desktop product. The list price is a one-time USD $39 lifetime license per licensed user, unless a different price is shown at checkout. It is not a subscription and is not a sale of the underlying source code or trademarks.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, to create an account or buy a license. If you use Loop Life for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your password confidential. The license is bound to the customer email and password created at purchase. You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us promptly at support@triforceinteractive.com if you believe the account has been misused.

We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that we reasonably believe was created with false information, used to abuse licensing, or used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

4. License grant

Subject to these Terms and timely payment, Triforce Interactive grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, perpetual license to install and use Loop Life on Windows computers for your internal testing, development, demonstration, and related professional use, for the number of licensed users (seats) you purchased.

You do not own the Software. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Triforce Interactive and its licensors. This is a license agreement, not a sale of intellectual property.

5. Activations, seats, and devices

Signing in on a computer issues a signed activation for that machine. Copying the local license file to another PC does not activate Loop Life. Additional licenses or seats must be purchased or assigned through the account tools we provide.

If you buy more than one license, the purchaser may assign extra seats from Account → License distribution on www.looplifedata.com. Assigned users receive their own sign-in. You are responsible for the people you assign and for unassigning access when they should no longer use the Software.

Triforce Interactive may revoke, suspend, or refuse an entitlement or activation in License Manager when we reasonably believe these Terms, payment terms, or applicable law have been violated, or when required to protect the product, other customers, or our systems.

6. What “lifetime” means

“Lifetime license” means that, after a successful purchase, you may keep using the Loop Life builds we make available to your entitled account for so long as you comply with these Terms, without a recurring subscription fee for that entitlement.

It does not mean:

We may provide updates, patches, and new versions at our discretion. Some updates may require a current activation check. If we discontinue the product, your last licensed build remains usable under this license to the extent it still runs on your hardware, except where we must disable it for legal, security, or fraud reasons.

Prices are shown in United States dollars unless we state otherwise. The amount charged at checkout is the price then displayed, plus any taxes Stripe or we are required to collect. You authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you submit.

A successful payment creates the corresponding Loop Life lifetime entitlement on the account used at checkout. Until payment succeeds, we have no obligation to deliver a license. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversed payments may result in suspension or revocation of the related entitlement.

Stripe’s terms and privacy notice also apply to the payment. We are not Stripe, and we are not a bank.

9. Refunds

Refunds are described in the Refund Policy. Requests go to support@triforceinteractive.com. Except where consumer law requires otherwise, a license that has been paid, delivered, and activated is not automatically refundable because you changed your mind, chose the wrong machine, or expected a different feature.

If applicable law gives you a cooling-off or withdrawal right for digital content, that right may be lost once you download, install, or activate Loop Life and we have begun performance, to the extent the law allows that waiver. Nothing in these Terms limits a non-waivable statutory right.

10. The website and account services

The website is provided to let you learn about Loop Life, create an account, buy licenses, download entitled builds we publish, manage seats, and contact support. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or eternally unchanged website availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features with or without notice, including for maintenance or security.

You must not scrape the site in a way that degrades the service, bypass access controls, or submit malware, spam, or unlawful content through contact or ticket forms.

11. Generated data and your databases

Loop Life can generate sample data, convert and extract database structures and content you connect, and run SQL you write. Generated data is for testing, development, training, and demonstration. Do not treat generated records as production personal data of real people.

You are solely responsible for the databases, schemas, credentials, and data you connect to Loop Life, including backups, access control, and compliance with your own policies and the law. Triforce Interactive does not host your live database as part of the desktop product. Work you do inside Loop Life on your machines stays on your machines unless you choose to send something to us (for example a support ticket or optional logs).

Conversion, generation, and insert operations can change or overwrite data. Preview, validate, and back up before you write to a live system. We are not liable for data loss that results from queries, conversions, or inserts you run.

Triforce Interactive and its licensors own Loop Life, the website, documentation, icons, and related IP, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade dress. Feedback you send may be used by us without obligation to you.

You retain rights in your own schemas, queries, and data. You grant us a limited license to use material you submit through the website (such as a support ticket) only to operate the store, provide support, and improve the product.

14. Third-party software and services

Loop Life may include or call third-party libraries, database drivers, and services (including Stripe and engine vendors such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, and SQL Anywhere). Those components are licensed by their owners. Your use of a database engine is also subject to that engine’s own license and your contract with its vendor. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

15. Support and updates

Support is offered on a commercially reasonable basis through www.looplifedata.com, in-app contact, and support@triforceinteractive.com. We typically aim to reply in less than 24 hours but do not guarantee a response time, fix, or feature request. Support is not a separate paid SLA unless we sign a written agreement that says otherwise.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the website or Software you acknowledge that policy.

17. Disclaimer of warranties

THE WEBSITE AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIFORCE INTERACTIVE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, THAT GENERATED OR CONVERTED DATA WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT EVERY SQL ENGINE OR SCHEMA WILL CONVERT OR GENERATE WITHOUT MANUAL REVIEW.

Some places do not allow certain warranty disclaimers. In those places, the disclaimer applies to the fullest extent allowed.

18. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIFORCE INTERACTIVE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR SUBSTITUTE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SOFTWARE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO TRIFORCE INTERACTIVE FOR THE LOOP LIFE LICENSES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $39, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

These limits are a fundamental part of the bargain for a $39 lifetime license. They do not limit liability that cannot be limited under law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit is forbidden, or for fraud.

19. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Triforce Interactive from claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your misuse of the Software or website, your data or databases, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

20. Termination

You may stop using Loop Life at any time. Your license continues unless terminated. We may terminate or suspend the license and website access if you materially breach these Terms, if payment is reversed, or if required by law. On termination for breach you must stop using the Software and delete installed copies. Sections that by their nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law) survive termination.

21. Export and sanctions

You may not use, export, or re-export Loop Life except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which you obtained it. You represent that you are not located in a comprehensively sanctioned country and are not a prohibited party under U.S. or other applicable sanctions or export rules.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change. For material changes we may also provide notice on the website or by email. Continued use after the update means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent. If you do not agree, stop using the website and Software and contact us about your account.

23. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and Triforce Interactive submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court for IP or license-key abuse.

If you are a consumer in a country that forbids choosing Washington law or courts, those mandatory protections still apply, and you may bring claims in your home courts to the extent required.

24. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any checkout confirmation, are the entire agreement between you and Triforce Interactive about Loop Life and this website. They supersede prior oral or written terms on the same subject. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms or the license without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization. There are no third-party beneficiaries except as required for Stripe to process payment. Headings are for convenience only.

These Terms do not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship. Notices to us must be sent to support@triforceinteractive.com. Notices to you may be sent to the email on the account.
