Triforce Interactive (“Triforce Interactive,” “we,” “us”) operates www.looplifedata.com and publishes Loop Life Data Generator. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The Terms of Service, EULA, and Refund Policy also apply.

Who is responsible

Triforce Interactive is the controller of store and account information collected through www.looplifedata.com. Account, license, and support records are stored in the Triforce workspace at https://workspace.triforceinteractive.com. Questions: support@triforceinteractive.com.

What we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Account details: name, email, password (stored as a hash), phone, and billing address.
• Account emails we send to that address: password-reset links and purchase receipts.
• After a successful Stripe payment: the last four digits of the card. We do not store the full card number, CVC, or expiry. Stripe processes that data.
• License and activation records tied to your email and machines you sign into.
• Support tickets and contact messages, including optional logs you attach from the desktop app.
• Cookie and local-storage data described below, including your cookie-banner choice and signed-in session.

The Windows desktop app works on your computer. Schema, query, and database contents you open in Loop Life stay on your machines unless you send them to us.

How it is used

Email and password are the license. They activate Loop Life, attach entitlements after payment, and appear in License Manager. We use your information to fulfill orders, prevent fraud, provide support, operate www.looplifedata.com, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and similar storage

When you first load www.looplifedata.com, we ask you to accept this cookie notice. We remember that choice in your browser (local storage key used for consent). Until you accept, the banner stays on screen. You can open it again from Cookie settings in the footer.

We use:

• Strictly necessary / functional storage. Signed-in session tokens and a cached display name so the header can show “Hello, …” after login. These are stored in the browser, not as advertising cookies.
• Consent preference. A local record that you accepted this notice, so we do not ask on every page load.
• Payment (Stripe). Checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe may set cookies on its own domains for fraud prevention and to complete the payment you requested. That processing is required to buy a license.

We do not currently run advertising pixels or third-party analytics cookies on www.looplifedata.com. If that changes, we will update this policy and the banner.

Sharing

We share information with Stripe to process payment; with hosting and email providers that process data on our instructions (including the infrastructure behind the Triforce workspace); and when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the license system. License Manager staff at Triforce Interactive can see customer and entitlement records needed to support you.

Retention

We keep account and license records for as long as the entitlement may need to be honored or defended, and support tickets for as long as needed to resolve them and maintain business records, then delete or de-identify them when they are no longer required.

Your choices

You can update profile fields on the Account page, sign out, and request correction or deletion of personal information by writing support@triforceinteractive.com. We may retain limited records where we must (for example completed payments, fraud prevention, or a license we are required to track). Residents of certain U.S. states and of the EEA/UK may have additional rights; tell us your location when you write so we can handle the request under the rules that apply.

Children

The store is directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have, contact support@triforceinteractive.com.

International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the site from another country, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy law may differ from the law in your country.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the website after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
