Refund Policy
Last updated September 5, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how Triforce Interactive handles refund requests for Loop Life Data Generator. It should be read with the Terms of Service and the End User License Agreement. Questions: support@triforceinteractive.com.
What you are buying
Loop Life is a buy-to-own Windows desktop license. The list price is a one-time USD $39 lifetime license per licensed user, unless a different price is shown at checkout. It is not a subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers, CVC codes, or card expiry dates.
How to request a refund
Email support@triforceinteractive.com from the account address used at purchase. Include the order email, approximate purchase date, and a short reason. We review requests in good faith.
When we typically refund
We will usually refund when:
- Payment succeeded but we could not deliver a working license or entitled download.
- You were charged more than once for the same intended purchase.
- We made a material error in the product listing or fulfillment.
- You have not downloaded, installed, or activated Loop Life, and we can confirm that from our records.
If a refund is approved, Stripe returns the funds to the original payment method. Timing depends on Stripe and your bank or card issuer.
When a refund is not automatic
Except where consumer law requires otherwise, a license that has been paid, delivered, and activated is not automatically refundable because you changed your mind, bought it for the wrong machine, expected a feature we do not ship, or no longer need the software.
Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversed payments may result in suspension or revocation of the related entitlement until the payment is resolved.
Statutory rights
If applicable law gives you a cooling-off or withdrawal right for digital content, that right may be lost once you download, install, or activate Loop Life and we have begun performance, to the extent the law allows that waiver. Nothing in this policy limits a non-waivable statutory right.
